This book is a must buy! My 4 year old daughter loved this book upon reading! We then pulled out the feelings chart and she identified the feelings as I reinforced the feelings are just a feeling they aren’t in charge of you. I’ve already shared with my mom friends. This book knocked it out of the park. From the text to the illustrations it is amazing. I’m so happy to find something that addresses the big feelings that kids have. I think it’s a great value and amazed it came with the pull out feelings chart.
Such a cute book! My 3.5 year old twins love this book! It’s at the top of their book requests each night. They love to go and take turns identifying the feelings on the feelings chart.

This is a much-needed resource for parents! This is an engaging and relatable story that teaches children how to identify and name their feelings so their feelings don't overwhelm them and dictate their actions. As a mother of four boys, I am grateful for a book that can help me guide my kids in understanding their emotions but also learning that their emotions don't get to the boss of their behavior. Come to think of it, this book is a good reminder for me as well :)! Can't recommend it highly enough.
