My 7 year old loves this book. The three Little pigs is one of his favorite stories and we are also really into robots so this was right up our alley! The only reason I'm giving it two Stars is because on of the aliens name is impossible to pronounce. It's basically just a mixture of random letters. We renamed him and it was no big deal. The story is cute and I love the planet aspect. We read it every night the pictures are nice and it's only about a 10 minutes read.

Cute little book with good illustrations. Like it said, a robot version of the old fairy tale. I liked it well enough to buy a hard copy for some friend's children.

This is a great story based off the story , the three little pigs. Instead of pigs and a big bad wolf, there are aliens and a big, bad robot. My three year old son loves this book. Aliens, robots, and planets are some of his great loves. The illustrations are bright and detailed. There is also some great robot speak, eep eep. This is definitely worth the price and I will be looking for other books by this author and illustrator.

It's a revision of 3 little pigs told in the alien robot genre. My son enjoys it, and it's a fun book to read to him (once or twice). The pictures are clever. The story is okay. I think the setting (robots and aliens) is it's strongest draw. There really isn't anything new in terms of a message (brick beats, straw and sticks) and there is a "children leaving home" sort of thing going on that is confusing for the target age of the audience (actually, I don't think I get it either). It's a good book, just not a great one. Maybe a better borrow than buy.

This is a wonderful book for any child who likes robots or stories about space. My 4 year old grandson giggles every time I make the silly sound for the name of one of the little aliens in the story (the author cleverly used a combination of unpronouncable consonants, no vowells, for one of the character names) which results in a funny sound everytime you come to his name in the story. The story line is a clever spin off of the Three Little Pigs (substituting little aliens for the pigs, and a big, bad robot for the wolf) so children who are familiar with that first will appreciate this even more. It was a big hit and I highly recommend it for the under 7-ish set.

The book is a cute rendition of "The Three Little Pigs"! I bought the book for two grand-nephews, one is 2 1/2 and the other is 6 years old. They both love the book. The youngest boy has to have the book read to him every night before going to bed. The book's artwork is very good and the story-line keeps the boys' attention. I highly recommend the book.

A bit wordy for a kids book. Great illustrations, but suffers from poor writing. My son loses interest halfway through.

My toddlers love this book with the aliens with the cool names and the Big Bad Robot. It reads a lot like the plot line for the 3 Little Pigs but its a great bedtime adventure story. My favorite part of the book is that they've learned the names of the planets and can recite them all.
